发布背景

  为提升一线操作便捷性与E-SOP文档管理效率，西格数据产品团队特进行MES数字化系统的迭代升级。该版本优化了电子文档功能，实现分类展示与标注数量，新增可视化下发检查，支持批量下发回收，并增加文档类型“是否必配”与“是否检查”设置。帮助企业更直观高效查找使用文档，加强下发管控，简化流程，清晰掌握工位配置，全面提升文档管理效率，降本增效。

3.3“文档下发回收”功能优化

  为了提升文档下发回收效率，针对该功能进行优化，新增支持批量下发文档，简化操作流程，提高操作效率，帮助企业节省时间成本。




3.4“文档类型设置”功能优化

  为了方便用户检查工位文档配置，针对文档类型设置功能进行优化，新增“是否必配”和“是否检查”字段，帮助企业清晰的了解各工位文档配置状态，提升管理效率。
